The Insta Sensorette is based on the design by Sarfatti (Arteluce). He designed the iconic table lamp 540 in 1968. Variations based on this design were produced by different companies. This lamp is an example of that.
This item is in very good condition, made of clear acrylic glass, containing an adjustable chromed metal sphere. This sphere is easy to turn in any desired direction. The light is in perfect working condition and is switched on and off by gently touching the side of the sphere. The orange sticker on the cord is an instruction: if the light does not function, you must ''reverse'' the plug; this simply means that you reverse the plug in the socket which changes the poles. Then the light works perfectly and is indeed very sensitive to a gentle touch.
Has an E14 fitting, suitable for incandescent or energy-saving lamps. The original light source is included. The top mirror lamp as illustrated with the photos is not included.
