Product Details
A small but very well made Dutch Art Deco table in solid oak. The design is simple but striking, with an octagonal top, four sturdy uprights, and a lower shelf that repeats the same angular language. The outer edges of the feet are blackened, a restrained detail that gives the piece a little more bite.
What makes this table especially appealing is its clarity. There is no excess here, only carefully balanced proportion, warm oak grain, and a form that feels both sturdy and refined. It would work beautifully as an accent piece on its own, or as occasional stand for a plant or object.
A handsome and versatile Dutch piece with that understated sculptural quality so often found in Art Deco furniture from the period.
The table has been lightly restored and and is in very stable and sturdy condition, ready for use as a display table or on its own as a Dutch Art Deco accent piece.
