A large handmade pendant or ceiling lamp, with a black wooden frame and ceiling fixture, blue and red wooden slats and opaline glass plates. It hangs from 4 patinated metal chains. This piece is estimated to be made between the 1925 and 1935. It has a very modernist and De Stijl appearance with the red and blue and it's great to pair with modernist art and furniture .
The lamp is in good condition, the wood is stable and complete, the metal chains from which the lamp is suspended are patinated but still intact and complete. The lamp works with one light (E27 large) ín a vintage 1960s socket (renewed at some point)
